New Title

GymBunnyWear started as an artistic outlet for Master Trainer Josephine Dalton. She'd go shopping online for gifts for her friends & clients, but couldn't quite find what she was looking for, and decided to just make her own... and that is how GymBunnyWear was born.

Why the name Gym Bunny.... it was a term she once heard in the beginning of her fitness career. A manager of the first gym she worked at referred to fitness fanatics as "gym rats" and "gym bunnies", and it just stuck.

Josephine is a Navy Veteran and has been a professional trainer since 2003. She spent 12 years in Las Vegas as a top independent personal trainer & bootcamp instructor,  and then the senior trainer at a corporate owned Anytime Fitness in South Florida.  She is a NESTA certified Master Personal Trainer and FAI certified Functional Aging Specialist. She is an intellectually curious trainer and always eager to learn something new.
